The Altos Group’s 12 to 18-month Program is designed exclusively for frontline practitioners and links staff development with sustainable improvements in clinical outcomes. The Program focuses on leadership, change management, team-building and skills development. We work with you to leverage staff focused initiatives to make quantifiable gains against a targeted set of clinical management goals.

With the support of the Executive Sponsors, the frontline team will design, implement and test a customized solution for a clinical indicator that you have identified for your institution. The Basic Altos Group program structure includes:

Length: 12 to 18 Months
Frontline Team: 8–10 Clinicians, Plus ad hoc Team Members
Classroom Training: 6 Day-long Offsite Sessions
Inter-Session: Applied Work Assignments in situ
Executive/Sponsors: 3–5 Management Team Members
Data Analysis: Baseline, Established Milestone and Post Program Measures
